Our general consultations can be carried out either in person at the clinic or online by telephone (tele-consultation) with the help of our general practitioners.

During a consultation, your electronic medical record will be created or updated, and a medical prescription will be issued at the end of the consultation.

In the event of an online consultation, apart from the medical prescription, an invoice will be sent to you by WhatsApp or e-mail, depending on the channel available.
